Why on earth we still don't teach this to students?

We all have been there. For a new grad, it takes some time to get a feel of how to use online tools professionally.

You can make mistakes on social media, or even on LinkedIn, but I think not knowing how to send a proper email, and how to respond to incoming emails can be a big hole in your professional life.

I have even seen a startup founder not “replying all” to emails when there are only 3-4 people on the email thread. And he kept doing it in spite of our reminder emails for him to reply to all. 🤦‍♂️
